Sexuality: Welding method

A welding technique that uses argon as a

shielding gas.

Argon shielding gas is passed around the arc welding to isolate the air from the welding area to prevent oxidation of the welding area.

01

Advantage:

  • Efficient

  • High current density

  • Heat concentration

  • High deposition rate

  • Fast welding speed

  • It is not restricted by the position of the weldment, and can be welded in all positions

02

Argon Protection:

Argon protection can isolate the adverse effects of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen in the air on the arc and molten pool, and reduce the burning of alloy elements.

In addition, the arc combustion of argon arc welding is stable, the heat is concentrated, the welding production efficiency is high, the deformation and cracks are small, and the welding effect is more beautiful.

03

Adopt argon arc welding backing process

Good Quality-uniform permeability, smooth surface,
Neat and tidy

High Efficiency-manual argon arc welding can increase efficiency by 2 to 4 times. Since there is no need to clean up the slag and repair the weld bead, the speed is increased faster

Small Deformation-the heat-affected zone is much smaller during bottoming, so the deformation of the welded joint is small
